AquaDry Hydronic Liquid Desiccant Air Handler
AquaDry is Mojave’s hydronic liquid desiccant system, built for facilities with existing chilled water and hot water infrastructure. In addition to precision dewpoint control down to 25°F, AquaDry significantly reduces chiller load up to 30% compared to an equivalent traditional AHU. It also uses warmer chilled water, allowing chiller setpoints to rise and overall plant capacity and efficiency to increase. The result is a system that doesn’t just dehumidify your building: it makes your entire chiller plant work better.

Order & Install
AquaDry connects directly to your building’s chilled and hot water loops, installing and operating with the same simplicity as conventional hydronic equipment. Packaged controls and valves make integration and operation easy. Open for orders now, with shipments starting in December. Work with an authorized Mojave Rep to find the right fit for your facility.
Get More out of your Chiller
REACH DEWPOINTS NO CHILLED WATER COIL CAN MATCH
Conventional chilled water coils hit a wall around 42-48°F dewpoint. AquaDry’s liquid desiccant technology drives supply dewpoints to 25°F — delivering humidity control that cold coil-based systems simply can’t achieve on their own.
FREE UP CHILLER CAPACITY ACROSS THE PLANT
Liquid desiccant control means chillers no longer need to overcool air to wring out moisture. AquaDry enables a 10-13°F increase in chiller setpoint, which can increase chiller efficiency by 30% and capacity by 20%.
MAXIMIZE WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
AquaDry integrates directly with existing chilled and hot water infrastructure — no new mechanical systems required. Regeneration is compatible with low-grade heat sources (down to 110°F) including heat recovery, solar thermal, and condensing boilers, making AquaDry a higher-performing alternative to solid desiccant at a fraction of the installed cost.
Energy Efficiency
Many commercial buildings hit a hard limit: the chiller plant is fully loaded, but humidity control is still falling short. Adding dehumidification capacity the conventional way means adding chiller capacity — a costly, disruptive, and often impractical solution.
AquaDry changes the equation. Because liquid desiccant removes moisture directly from the air without relying on chilled water to do the work, AquaDry can dehumidify more with less tons from the chiller. For buildings already at capacity, that’s the difference between a renovation and a replacement.
