For buildings utilizing packaged equipment — retail centers, restaurants, fitness facilities, and multi-family residential — ArctiDry is a drop-in replacement for conventional rooftop equipment that cuts energy use in half and typically pays back in under 18 months. 

AquaDry is a hydronic air handling unit that integrates with your existing chilled and hot water plant to deliver dewpoints down to 25°F. For central plant buildings — offices, casinos, and mixed-use developments — AquaDry removes latent load from the chiller, allowing chilled water setpoints to rise and increasing chiller capacity and efficiency. 

Mojave’s liquid desiccant systems manage ventilation and dehumidification without overcooling or reheat, responding dynamically to changing outdoor and indoor conditions to deliver only as much cooling and dehumidification as needed. Independent control of dewpoint and dry bulb ensures consistent comfort and indoor air quality (IAQ) in every zone — with minimal maintenance requirements and the lowest total cost of ownership in their class.
