ArctiDry is a packaged outdoor unit that delivers dewpoints down to 35°F using only electricity — no chilled water or hot water infrastructure required. It’s an ideal solution for facilities without a central plant, or where adding hydronic connections is impractical. 

AquaDry is a hydronic air handling unit that integrates with your existing chilled and hot water plant to deliver dewpoints down to 25°F. For facilities with central chiller infrastructure — pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing, and other humidity-sensitive processes — AquaDry delivers tighter dewpoint control without consuming more chilled water capacity or expanding the chiller plant. 

Unlike solid desiccant systems that require 200°F+ regeneration temperatures and belt-driven wheels prone to wear, Mojave’s liquid desiccant separates sensible and latent loads efficiently and without the maintenance burden. The desiccant never needs to be replaced or topped off during normal operation — delivering consistent performance and long-term cost savings for manufacturing, processing, and mission-critical environments.
