SUNNYVALE, California, January 6, 2026 — Mojave Energy Systems, founded to change the nature of air conditioning, today announced the appointment of Greg Tatro as Vice President of Sales. In this role, Tatro will lead Mojave’s global sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

“Mojave continues to grow rapidly as businesses demand new efficient HVAC solutions that are reliable, high performing, and easy to operate and maintain,” said Phil Farese, CEO, Mojave Energy Systems. “With Greg’s background and track record, he will play an important role in our next phase of growth as ArctiDry is increasingly being adopted across North America. We are thrilled to have him join the team.”

Tatro brings more than 25 years of experience in sales growth positions in the HVAC industry, most recently serving as Director of National Sales at Valent Air Management. Prior to this, Greg managed the Innovent and Valent aftermarket services team for four years. Earlier, he worked at Trane for fourteen years in a variety of sales and service management roles. Tatro also owned and operated a contracting business for eight years.

“Mojave is at the forefront of HVAC innovation, and I’m excited to join the team as they continue to set new standards for energy-efficient solutions,” said Tatro. “Mojave’s technology plays a critical role in helping buildings reduce energy use while solving persistent humidity control challenges and improving indoor air quality. I look forward to supporting our mission to change the nature of air conditioning as we further expand across the U.S. and Latin America.”

Mojave’s flagship HVAC unit, ArctiDry, is an easy-to-install commercial HVAC solution that improves indoor air quality, while using significantly less electricity to simultaneously maximize comfort and lower costs. It is proven to consistently supply air at low dew points ranging from 35°F to 55°F. The system is designed to independently control dry bulb and dew point, which gives facilities managers the ability to dehumidify the air without needing to overcool, increasing indoor comfort while decreasing energy use. Additionally, ArctiDry delivers an unparalleled ISMRE2 efficiency rating, as high as 12 lbs/kWh and up to 14 lbs/kWh with ERV, dramatically lowering electricity consumption by up to 50 percent. In addition to providing precise temperature and humidity levels, ArctiDry can drop into existing HVAC infrastructure, requires minimal maintenance, and helps customers achieve Net Zero compliance.

Based in Minnesota, Tatro holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign in electrical engineering and has an MBA from Mercer University.
