Changing the Nature of Air Conditioning

Mojave’s liquid desiccant platform is available in two configurations — one for buildings utilizing packaged equipment, and one for buildings with central plant infrastructure. Both deliver precise, independent humidity and temperature control with less energy and less strain on your mechanical systems.

HVAC installation

ArctiDry

Packaged Outdoor Liquid Desiccant HVAC

ArctiDry is a self-contained rooftop unit with an integrated variable-speed DX system and liquid desiccant dehumidifier. It requires only an electrical connection — no chilled water, hot water, or gas utilities — and installs as a drop-in replacement for conventional packaged DOAS equipment.

AquaDry

Hydronic Liquid Desiccant AHU

AquaDry connects to your building’s existing chilled and hot water plant to deliver supply air dewpoints as low as 25°F — lower than any conventional chilled water approach. By removing latent load from the chiller, AquaDry allows chilled water setpoints to rise, recovering chiller capacity and efficiency without adding infrastructure.

    • Supply dewpoints as low as 35°F
    • Multiple heating options: heat pump, gas, electric, or hot water
    • 30–60% energy savings over standard DX-DOAS
    • Typical payback under 18 months
    • Web Monitoring Accessible 24/7
    • Manufactured in the USA

ArctiDry is the right choice if your building does not have a central chilled water plant, or you need a packaged outdoor rooftop solution with no hydronic connections.

    • Supply dewpoints down to 25°F without glycol
    • Raises chilled water leaving temperature up to 6°F — recovering up to 12% more chiller capacity
    • Compatible with waste heat recovery
    • Indoor or outdoor installation
    • Web Monitoring Accessible 24/7
    • Manufactured in the USA

AquaDry is the right choice if your building has a central chilled water plant and you need lower dewpoints, more dehumidification capacity, or want to recover chiller efficiency without expanding the plant.
